A modern kitchen in which Formica Colorcore laminated to the birch ply panels is used to create a sleek and easy to maintain facade. Sliding and pocket doors were employed to reduce interference with the working space. The drawer unit was designed to allow the cat flap to be installed in the external wall rather than the plate glass sliding doors. Finally, the pull out corner storage unit was specifically created so that it would also accommodate the instant hot water heater out of the way of the plumbing below the sink.
